Who operates your account
Cube Digital Media Ltd., an Irish company, owns Soulkyn. Register with Google, Discord or email and password. Protect your credentials; account access must not be shared or transferred.
Age and local requirements
You must be 18 or older and meet local adult-content access requirements. Registration requires age confirmation. False age information violates the rules; observing local restrictions remains your responsibility.
Responsibility for generated material
The Blocked Content Policy prohibits unlawful activity, sexual violence, incest, bestiality, material resembling minors, privacy violations and infringement of others' rights. You remain responsible for AI output and associated conduct.
The submission license
Submitting material grants Soulkyn worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable rights to use and sublicense it. We do not claim ownership of originals, but assert ownership of modified derivatives. Contribute only material for which you have the necessary rights.
Ending recurring billing
Cancel through account subscription management before renewal and check for email confirmation. A started cycle may still be charged. Cancellation does not automatically refund unused time. Paid subscriptions are generally nonrefundable, subject to limited error or technical exceptions and stronger applicable local protections.
Complaint outcomes
Complaints may result in removal, retention of compliant material, warnings or account restrictions. The Complaint Policy covers investigation, notification and escalation of disputed outcomes.
Applicable law and limits
Irish law and Irish courts govern the agreement. The service is supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free generated content. Warranty exclusions and liability limits apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
