Freedom within clear boundaries
We support adult autonomy in fictional roleplay, and distinguish imagined situations from conduct that harms real people. Illegal material, harassment and sharing without consent fall outside that freedom. Soulkyn is an adult service, and our content rules apply to private character creation as well as public contributions. A fictional setting is not a reason to set those responsibilities aside.
Choose the audience deliberately
Read a character's description and consider your publishing choices before deciding what to encounter or share. A private conversation, a public biography and a community contribution reach different audiences. Treat each choice on its own terms rather than assuming every creative action stays private. Account preferences and the privacy notice address information handling; community rules address how people behave and what they share.
Keep real people outside the fiction
Kyns are fictional AI characters. Do not turn a real person's identity into an intimate character, distribute someone else's private material or target another member with harassment. An adult age label cannot excuse childlike appearance or behavior. Creative intent does not remove the need for consent, appropriate privacy choices and compliance with the content rules.
