When generated material resembles someone
Our policy covers AI-generated material that unintentionally resembles a real person. You may raise a concern about yourself or someone else. An AI-generated label does not prevent us from considering the complaint.
Identify the material
Use the contact route to explain your concern. Identify the material clearly enough for support to understand which content you want reviewed and why you are contacting us.
Validation before removal
We may request identity evidence or confirmation of your relationship to the person depicted. Verified, accepted requests lead to removal of the specified material. Our policy calls for prompt handling but sets no fixed number of days.
Confidential request handling
Removal requests are confidential. Personal information and request details are not shared with third parties without express consent, unless disclosure is required by law. That legal exception still applies.
Copyright follows the DMCA procedure
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to support@soulkyn.one. An infringement notice needs a signature, identification of the work and disputed material, contact details, a good-faith statement, and an accuracy-and-authority declaration under penalty of perjury. Identify it as a copyright notice rather than a general support question.
General complaints have separate targets
The Complaint Policy specifies acknowledgment within 24 hours and a seven-business-day resolution goal, allowing longer investigations. Those targets are not universal likeness-removal deadlines. Compliant material may be retained, and dissatisfied complainants can request escalation.
