An edition of the artwork
Our cards use a Kyn's own images to create a collectible version of that character's artwork. Collecting a card does not alter the character's profile or transfer ownership of the Kyn. The auction house serves a different purpose: it lets a new maintainer take responsibility for a retired public character. Choose a card for the edition you want to collect, not for rights that belong to adoption.
How the rolls differ
There are five rarity tiers. A holographic foil is an independent variation across those tiers, not a sixth rarity. The published probabilities describe random rolls; they do not promise a particular card after a set number of attempts. Treat the rarity roll and the foil roll as separate chances.
- Common cards: 60% rarity probability.
- Uncommon cards: 20% rarity probability.
- Rare cards: 10% rarity probability.
- Epic cards: 7% rarity probability.
- Mythical cards: 3% rarity probability.
- Holographic foil: an independent 1% roll across all rarities.
Printed values, not playable matches
Cost, Attack and Health appear on the cards, but playable matches are not currently available. Those printed values do not establish a working battle mode. Consider the artwork, rarity and acquisition conditions on their own terms, separately from adopting the Kyn shown on the card.
